Difficulty of installation, I can say the fitment of the soft rubber Doctor grips for my installation was average due to the difficultly removing the original grips in one piece as I wanted to retain them for re-installation in the future if needed. I was a little concerned about this old bike as some of the hoses were really poor and deteriorated badly. With it being so old, I did not think I would be able to get genuine Honda parts for the replacement but to my surprise, you can still get them. Happy days. After checking Honda schematics for the right parts number, I did search locally and was unable to find one as they had been discontinued here. I was wary of finding them anywhere until I checked Webike for it. Wow, you can still actually get them and the price I paid was cheaper than any after market one I could find. I did have a couple of other parts in my order for this bike and got them all shipped as one and saved a few pounds too. The shipping took 7 days and all my order was intact and perfect. The hose does come in the standard Honda packet and was surrounded with bubble wrap. As this is a hose it needs to take a bit of heat from the radiator coolant and with the quality of this hose, I know they do last. Unfortunately after almost 35 years of UK road grime and grit, the rubber hose has taken a beating and needed changing. This new hose is fantastic. Perfect. The quality is plain to see when you handle it. The hose is flexible but is a double walled hose as it needs to withstand some heat. Not really much else I can say about this as there were no issues in the hose or in fitting it. Looks a lot better than the old hose which did by miles. Very pleased. View Detail

Utilisé sur suzuki 1200 BANDIT 2002; Sur cette moto, je n'ai pas assez de place à cause du carénage pour faire passer un maitre cylindre radial. Donc j'ai acheté ce modele "semi radial". Ce maitre cylindre actionne des etriers P4 34/34 brembo, qui remplacent les tokico 6 pistons, d'origine sur cette moto. Ces étriers brembo sont adaptés sur le 1200 bandit grâce à des platines de fixation qui sont en vente ici sur le site. Le resultat est phénomenal ! le travail en couple de ce maitre cylindre PR19 oblique + les étriers P4 2X34 modifie radicalement le freinage du B12.Bien sur toutes les durites sont de type aviation, et les plaquettes sont de marques brembo. La fourche a du etre également revue et reglée. C'est nn des meilleurs freinage que j'ai eu. Hyper puissant, facilement dosable, extremement précis, sans couse molle inutile lorque j'actionne le levier de frein. This bike came in with a few issues but nothing too major. There were also a lot of smaller issues that needed addressing. This one was a dash cushion that had deteriorated beyond repair. A new one was needed. Finding the right one for this model of bike was pretty straight forward when using the Honda schematics. A little hunting on Webike and I found the right one was already in stock and ready to ship. The price was very good and even if I could source one locally, I doubt it would be this good value. I had a few other smaller bits for this bike too and got them all shipped together to save a little shipping. EMS is my chosen courier as they just get the parts to me fast. In 5 days from being shipped, my order arrived. Everything was very well packaged and a lot of bubble wrap was used by Webike warehouse. All was kept nice and safe during transit. This cushion is a nicely made piece of thick rubber foam style which helps with vibration and allows the dash to move slightly with the flex and wind. A very nice part and although not particularly that important, it is when it starts to affect the dash movement. Fitting is super easy, a couple pf bolts and back together. This was a replacement for the existing hose clip that had been beaten up over the years and due to being removed a few times, had become loose and weak. Although you probably can get away with not being perfect but if you are like me, if a job needs doing, it needs doing well. Not specifically an expensive part so why not just change it. Finding the right part was not hard as I do use the help pages and links Webike provide on their help pages. I also cross referenced with Honda schematics to make doubly sure. The part was good value for what it does. I do always have more than one part in my basket for ordering as this help spread the cost of shipping. I used EMS as I have done for a number of months now, and every time, my order arrives promptly and on time. 7 days from being shipped from Webike warehouse and my order arrived. The parts were all really well packaged and no damage to anything at all. The hose clip is not really a special part but it did need to be the right size for the hose I needed it for. Really well made and has enough give in it to manoeuvre over the hose to make sure it was secure. Fitting is really quick as it just slips over the hose and slides up. It has done its job in sealing between the crankcase and the flange bolt for the tensioner oiler port.Products to buy together, To be able to complete a new engine build many newly purchased parts are required to be added to your cart but the most important to go with the copper sealing washer is the 6x18mm flange bolt as they all work together on the installation.Difficulty of installation, I can say the fitment of the copper sealing washer for my installation was very easy due to the ease of access and the process is explained in the service manual which is to be tightened to the required torque value.Cost performance and comparison with other products, The pricing of this product is great. You receive an original Honda copper sealing washer that will be suitable for most engine builds and repairs and I do not see this being offered any cheaper elsewhere. A few parts needed replacing on this bike due to corrosion of bad salty weather. This plug pin and the actual hanger pin were not great. We decided to just get both of the parts and replace as just replacing one was a little silly. The plug pin was not hard to find as I had Honda schematics to check on. After finding the 2 parts needed on Webike website, I ordered these along with a couple of other bits. This saved on shipping and also meant that all the parts I needed, would arrive at the same time. This allows me to get on with the jobs together instead of having to wait for another shipment. The plug pin arrived and was inside a bubble wrap envelope that Webike warehouse had made. This kept both the plug pin and the hanger pin together for safety and so they would not get lost. The plug pin is essentially a grub screw which protect the hanger pin head from getting messed up. Unfortunately, someone had this plug pin out before and had not seated it correctly which meant salt and other road debris had made it's way inside. These things happen. The plug pin is well machined and even though it is a tiny part, Honda took the time to make it right. It went straight into the hanger pin with no fuss and now I am confident that this is protected going forward. Thanks you Webike. View Detail

These were other part that was for a CBR900RR I got in from a customer. This time it is the front brake pads for the bike as the old ones were well beyond their usage. I did change the rear pads on this service too as they were not the best shape. Usually on these bigger bikes, the front need changing twice as often as the rear anyway but the rear was not changed last service, so it was time. Finding the right ones was easy but checking on EBC's own website pulled up the right ones. Luckily, they had a set in their warehouse and so added to my order. EMS shipped my order and all arrived in perfect condition in 5 days from being shipped. Everything was well padded out in the box so there was no damage. These pads are EBC so I know these are cracking pads for this bike. Plus, the pads do last quite a while, probably longer than these should have as the customer clearly prefers the front brake to the rear. The pad material is even and looks pretty tasty for this big bike. Perhaps not as smoothly sintered as I have previously had but they do have some heavy compound in them.
