A customer came in with this old beauty that needed a bit of a service. The oil filter needed changing out as it had been sat in a shed for a number of years. Strangely, the bike still ran which was a shock. Anyway, with a few other parts for this project, all my order was shipped via EMS and arrived in great condition in 5 days. HiFlo oil filters have been around for years and if memory serves me correctly, a lot of the big manufacturers use these branded in their own name. So, solid choice usng a HiFlo. These filters have a great life span and are pretty cheap. Yes, you can get more expensive ones, but for a bike this old and how often it would be ridden would be a waste. I have used HiFlo for a long time and they have never let me down. The quality is awesome, the threads are always spot on and no bad incidents fitting. No problems at all with them. The old filter was a little tricky to remove due to age so needed a little persuasion. After it came off the new filter was a breeze to fit. The oil on this bike was due for a change and therefore, we also needed to source a new sump plug and also the washer that goes with it. It is always better to be safe than sorry so you don't have any leaks whilst changing. The part was not super hard to find by simply using the tools Webike provide on their hel pages and to be 100% sure, I also cross referenced with Kawasaki schematics. The price for the washer was really good value and added to the other parts in my order, the shipping worked out really cost efficient too. Shipped by EMS all arrived in 5 days. EMS are good value, very fast in delivering and better than some other couriers. All the items in my order were packed individually by Webike warehouse and all nicely padded out in the box so nothing could get damaged in transit. This washer came in the Kawasaki packaging and are really good quality. They are very well made and no tarnishing was found. The are only washers but as they are essentially crush washers, they are definitely needed. Fitted pretty easily and finished off this rebuild. No danger of a leaky sump plug now. K&N engine oil filter was the recommended brand by my mechanic and I have been using it since. It just took less than 5 minutes to change the engine oil filter. So far, so good and no problem. I use an oil filter with Kawasaki Ninja 650, which I think can be used to replace the oil filter from Kawasaki service center. And I'm more confident in the quality of the K&N oil filter than any other brand.View Detail

KN-303 can be fitted with 2015 Kawasaki Versys 650. I'm confident in the K&N engine oil filter because I feel the difference in the engine. The candle in the same use. The K&N oil filter makes me feel more confident than using other oil filter brand.View Detail
