Whilst replacing the transmission bearing on the FZ750, I came across another issue with the transmission oil seal during the change of one of the bearings. The oil seal was totally dead and needed changing. No point in trying to put a bad old part on a newly fixed bearing or you are going to have all kinds of issues in the future which will undo all your good work. Finding the right oil seal was straight forward using the tools Webike provide and cross referencing with Yamaha schematics. The price is really good value and along with some other parts for this bike, the shipping was good value too. EMS is my chosen courier and my order arrived swiftly in 5 days from being shipped. The oil seal came in the standard Yamaha packet and was inside a bubble wrap envelope for security. The oil seal itself is not really much to look at but you can see the quality is there from the off. There are no strange rubber extras attached as you see in some seals. It has a good amount of flexibility. But sturdy enough not to just rip upon install. After the overhaul of the main transmission bearing, this was a straight swap out. Thanks Webike, very pleased. This was a part that needed changing on the TDM850 bike that came in for a service. The air filter was pretty bad and very dirty which was only having a negative effect on the bike's running. The correct air filter was easy to find using the tools and help section on Webike pages. I also cross referenced with Yamaha schematics for my own peace of mind. The air filter was really good value and slightly cheaper than I could source locally at my nearest Yamaha parts dealer. I chose EMS for my courier as they just get my orders delivered fast. 5 days from shipping my order arrived. Everything in the order was extra well packed with bubble wrap for security. The air filter is not a massive one especially for such a small bike but you do need it to fit as it should. The old one had gotten a little funny shaped and was not sitting right. This one however, fits perfectly. The air filter came in the usual Yamaha packaging. The quality is yet to be found, once started up and run for a while. Initial testing though seems as though the filter is allowing the right amount of air through. Good signs there. Utilisé sur suzuki 1200 BANDIT 2002; Sur cette moto, je n'ai pas assez de place à cause du carénage pour faire passer un maitre cylindre radial. Donc j'ai acheté ce modele "semi radial". Ce maitre cylindre actionne des etriers P4 34/34 brembo, qui remplacent les tokico 6 pistons, d'origine sur cette moto. Ces étriers brembo sont adaptés sur le 1200 bandit grâce à des platines de fixation qui sont en vente ici sur le site. Le resultat est phénomenal ! le travail en couple de ce maitre cylindre PR19 oblique + les étriers P4 2X34 modifie radicalement le freinage du B12.Bien sur toutes les durites sont de type aviation, et les plaquettes sont de marques brembo. La fourche a du etre également revue et reglée. C'est nn des meilleurs freinage que j'ai eu. Hyper puissant, facilement dosable, extremement précis, sans couse molle inutile lorque j'actionne le levier de frein. J'écris ce texte apres une année d'utilisation du materiel, je suis tres content de cette modification.View Detail

As with when ever I change out torsion springs regardless of which bike, if the circlip is also available, I do tend to change these out too. No point putting a previously removed circlip on a new build. Yes, it might look ok but the tension is never going to be what it actually should be. So, finding the right circlip was as straight forward as finding the bearing. Using the tools Webike provide on their help pages and cross referencing for my own peace of mind on Yamaha schematics and the MT03 2021 page. The price was excellent as expected. With some other parts for this bike in my basket already, I had them all shipped together to save a little shipping fees. EMS is my courier of choice as they just get the orders delivered fast with no fuss. Upon arrival, the box was well packaged and all the smaller parts were individually packed for safety. The circlip came in the standard Yamaha packet. Not really much I can say about this circlip, it is well machined, the parameters are within spec. The quality is plain to see but until you attempt top put it in place, you are never going to know how it fits. With no issues on the install, I can say, this is a top quality part from Yamaha and that was the finish of the shift shaft rebuild. This bike came in for a service and to prepare for the annual MOT, the rear reflector was missing and had no doubt fallen off so this needed replacing. Finding the right one for this bike was not so difficult as I used the Yamaha schematics for this. After I found it I searched Webike and the part was available in the other warehouse. Not an issue as I did not mind waiting for it as we had time. Anyway, the order was placed along with a few other small parts. I used EMS and the order was delivered in a week. All the parts were well packaged and there was no damage. The reflector is the perfect shape for this model and keeps with the overall look. The reflector itself is well made and is very reflective when hit with a torch beam. Fitting was straight forward and this just bolts on with the rear threaded section with a nut.
