This old bike came in with a couple of issues and one of these being the rear wheel. After some investigation, the washer which is part of the rear wheel assembly was one of the faults. Time for a new one. I found the part easy enough by using the schematics for Yamaha and cross referenced with Webike anyway. On this occasion, Webike could get the washer I needed but this would be a couple of days. The price from Webike was really good and besides that, my local Yamaha dealer could not source one any quicker. I did have some other parts I needed to order for this bike and got them all shipped at the same time to save me time and a little money too. After only 5 days from being shipped the entire order arrived. All the parts were expertly packaged by Webike warehouse and there was no damage to anything. This washer is not really much to look at but after close inspection, the tolerances and dimensions were spot on according to the user manual. This is a well machined washer and both faces are clear from debris and scratches. Another top quality part direct from Yamaha. This is one of the smaller issues with the bike that has not been fixed using a new washer for the rear wheel. Hopefully, sometime in the near future, this bike will live again. Thanks Webike.
