YAMAHA VINO

2nd set of KN Planning rollers I got. Have tried 6 g, but 7 g (this order) seems like an excellent balance between top-speed and accelleration for the SA10J. Had no difficulties installing, nor with use. I just wish KN Planning added a lubricant but it is cheap enough on its own.As for wear, I can't speak of it since I'm at 250 km as of this writing. Old 6 g set I have is still usable though and that one I believe has had some 1000-2000 km on it.View Detail

This is my second NTB v-belt, with the first one lasting a little over 10,000 km before replacement. It still looks good, but I decided to get a new one just in case.Anyway, this is basically the same with the previous 795Y model I got locally, even the stitching has the same color. Currently on its first 250 km, along with a new clutch (KN Planning) and rollers (also KN Planning), all bought from WeBike.On that note, this has been shipped around the holiday season but I still got it in time.I have nothing else to say. No idea what kind of plastics or polymer the pieces are made out of, but they seem durable.Pretty much fixed the noise issue on the pulley, but I think it is a combination of new sliders and rollers (KN Panning 7g set).No issue with installation. Just make sure you have the OEM plate for Vino 50 2T because I tried intalling this on the Jog 50's and it didn't work.WeBike shipped this fast, took just days compared to some items I ordered from big online shops during the holidays.View Detail

The build quality is impressive and seems durable.Compared to the already worn OEM clutch, this one feels much safer to use.Installation was straightforward. Just make sure to follow the service manual instructions.I reviewed other clutch parts before making this purchase. Good quality and gloss texture finish. It is okay to use as is, but I have to file-down the headlight beam switch hole to perfectly match the OEM's play. Easy to install, but I like to match it with the OEM so it took me an hour to process and match everything.Very good price. Trouble of doing some filing, polishing, etc makes it a worthwhile purchase.As usual, WeBike shipped it fast and secure.Only concern are the tolerance around the edges meeting the lower OEM switch box cover. Had to put silicon to make sure it is sealed from elements.View Detail

This was a small O-ring that was needed for the Vino 50 that was in teh shop. The original was really bad and had started to split. The part was super easy to find witht the help of the tools available on Webike. The price was brilliant and even though it's only an o ring, would you really want to risk a pathetic aftermarket one which will bring your riding to a halt... no. So, this was also ordered along with a few other parts and the shipping was very good indeed. I used EMS fast service as they do exactly what they say they will, deliver FAST, the end. Arrived with me within a week of ordering all the parts needed. All packaged really well as expected and any space in teh box was filled with bubble wrap and air pockets to protect any smaller and more delicate parts from damage. I now it is just an ring but this is an important one that you should be careful with. When I opened the packet, the o ring was perfect, no tears rips, loose pieces of rubber or anything. Yamaha really do know how to make o rings. It was a nice smooth surface and was flexible but not too much as this could also cause issues. Yes, I have made the mistake of buying cheap alternatives before to my detrement, just ended in disaster and had to get an OEM one anway, just do not waste your money on the cheap crap. Stick to getnuine for these things. Fitted within a couple of minutes. Very pleased with my purchase and from now on, I will ONLY buy genuine OEM for this area. This was the last part of the rebuild on the Vino Classic 2004 which had major issues in the fork department. This part is the nut fitting which is an essential part for doing such a job as it should be. Finding the correct part was super easy as I utilised the help pages Webike [provide and then cross referencing with the Yamaha schematics section for this model of bike and year. The overall price of the part I needed from Webike was really great, a lot less than I thought to be honest. I had a few other parts in the order and got them all shipped together to save a little money and time so they all arrived at the same time. EMS is the courier I use these days as they just get your order to you pretty fast. 5 days from shipping and my order arrived in 100% perfect condition. The nut fitting came in the regular Yamaha packet and was also inside a bubble wrap envelope. The fitting is an essential part of any rebuild as it keep everything where it should. This is really just a nut but the finish was well presented, there were no burrs or sharp parts. The threaded section is spot on and went on really nicely. The rebuild went according to plan and smoothly and finished the job in good time. The end result is a good bike with steering to match. This was the third part of the massive total front for rebuild on the Vino Classic 2004 I had come into the shop for help. This time it was for the Ball Race 3. I found the correct part by using the tools Webike have on their help pages and then cross referencing with Yamaha schematics for my own peace of mind. Webikes price for these parts was excellent and better than I could source locally. I had a few other parts in the order and got them all shipped together to save a little money and time so they all arrived at the same time. As with the other parts for this rebuild, the race came in the Yamaha packet and was well padded out inside the box for safety. This race has a lonmger neck but this means there could be more issues which is what happened on the original part. This part however is super clean, well made and the finish is superb. This little scooter came into the shop with some major steering issues. Due to the age of the bike I decided to do a full fork strip down including the head, bearings, races etc. When I got really inside and saw exactly what the problem was. Basically all the races were shot, the bearing was pretty nasty and some of the fittings had been totalled beyond any reasonable repair. I decided the best course of action was to simply replace all the parts that were either not great or done for. Finding the correct parts for this job was not super hard as I just used the help pages and links Webike provide. Then I cross referenced with Yamaha schematic for the bike model to make sure. I had a few other parts in the order and got them all shipped together to save a little money and time so they all arrived at the same time. All the parts came in the standar Yamaha packets and were really well packaged. The race has a good finish in silver and the race has been well moulded. I doubt these are cnc'd anyway. This was one of the other parts I needed for the Zuma that came in. One of the bushes had become a little too oval for my liking and was no helping the kick start. Not an issue as these parts are available as they do fit a few other models of Yamaha bikes. I found the right bush by checking Yamaha schematics and then searching Webike. They had this bush in stock and I had it shipped for a fast turnaround. In 5 days from being shipped this order arrived. It did have a couple of other parts I needed for this bike in it and this meant, all arrived when I needed them to together.The bush came in a Yamaha packet and was well protected during transit. The specification so the bush are exact and this is all I would expect from Yamaha quality. There were no burrs of extra shards of metal inside the packet or on the bush. A small amount of grease and this bush was fitted. The kick start is a lot smoother now and works as good as it did when it rolled out of the factory. Thank you Webike, great work. View Detail
