YAMAHA WR450F

This customer wanted to add a little bit of zing to their bike and had already added a lot of Zeta parts. This was the chance to also add the tank washer kit as it came up in the sale on Webike for this model. Finding it was easy as I checked Zeta parts for the WR450F. The price with it n=being in the sale was really good value and I could not even find the same think=g locally. With some other smaller parts, I got them all hipped using my favoured courier which is EMS. In just 5 days my order arrived. Everything was very well packaged and wrapped to stop any damage. The washer kit did come in the regular Zeta packaging so was already well protected. The washer kit we went for was the Titanium colour which did look really cool. The quality of the washer kit was excellent and the machine work was flawless. Obviously, as this is just a simple washer replacement, it took minutes to complete but the end result is perfect. After replacing the wheel bearings and the oil seals for this bike. I also wanted to replace the wheel nut as this had a lot of damage and although right now, it is still ok, at some point it will need replacing anyway. Might as well get this all done at the same time right. Finding the correct nut was easy as I just checked the Yamaha schematics I had already opened. This nut is good value and as it is a wheel nut, it needs to be right first time. With a few other parts in this order for the bike, I got them all shipped together using EMS who are my chosen courier. In 5 days from being shipped from Webike warehouse, my order arrived safely. The wheel nut came in the Yamaha packet and was wrapped with the oil seals together to keep it safe. This wheel nut is a well machined nut and the threaded section is silky smooth. This was the oil seal for the front wheel on the WRF450F which needed new wheel bearings. I do always replace the oil seals when it comes to any bearings where possible for my own peace of mind. It just makes sense to do this. Finding the right oil seal was easy as I already had the schematic open for the wheel bearings anyway. The price for the new seals was great value. At this price is was silly not to get them. With the other parts needed for this replacement, I had all the order shipped using EMS which are my chosen and trusted courier. My order arrived in 100% perfect condition in 5 days from being shipped. The oil seals came in th standard Yamaha packets and were also inside a nicely made bubble wrap envelope by Webike warehouse to keep them safe. The oil seals are pretty rigid if I am honest but that is not a bad thing. They are top quality oil seals which you expect from such a well respected manufacturer like Yamaha. This bike came in after taking a bad hit when having a spill. The front wheel bearings were toast and needed replacing. No point in messing around looking for after market bearings when you can get hold of the genuine Yamaha ones this easily. Finding the right part number was easy using the schematics section of Yamaha parts catalogue. The price Webike had these for was excellent and better than I could source locally. With some other small parts in my order, I got them all shipped together. In 5 days, my order arrived. It was shipped using EMS and they do just get the orders delivered fast. The bearing came in the Yamaha branded packet and was sealed. This bearing is a closed bearing so the free play of movement was initially as expected. I have found that once these have a few rotations, they free up really quickly. The quality is second to none when it comes to Yamaha bearings. Fitting was ok to do if you have the right tools to remove the old ones correctly. Take your time and you will do just fine. TW200 disc rotor needs 6 flange bolts So I ordered 6pcs.Each pack contains 1pcs. enough to fully replace a complete set of your wheels rotor bolts.to be tightened with a torque of 9.5 ft-lb, so if it is not genuine,there is a risk of it breaking off.The thread diameter is M6.Bolts are very little heavy and quality is very good.these will keep that rotor locked in place.They are absolutely mint, they look good and are strong.Product price is very cheap, for the price it is worth it . no need to worry about it because all the bolts are from out of the yamaha factory..I'm Very pleased with my order.when I placed an order this item already have in stock at the webike warehouse and wait for couple of days to arrange dispatch.after dispatch from japan the package has arrived very quickly.That was awesome.After I got the package unbox it.I've notice each items inside the box very neatly packed with bubble warp with love and care.awesome packaging webike.webike always provide top notch service all day everyday.If anyone willing buy parts for your machine I highly recomended WEBIKE JAPAN. As with when ever I change out torsion springs regardless of which bike, if the circlip is also available, I do tend to change these out too. No point putting a previously removed circlip on a new build. Yes, it might look ok but the tension is never going to be what it actually should be. So, finding the right circlip was as straight forward as finding the bearing. Using the tools Webike provide on their help pages and cross referencing for my own peace of mind on Yamaha schematics and the MT03 2021 page. The price was excellent as expected. With some other parts for this bike in my basket already, I had them all shipped together to save a little shipping fees. EMS is my courier of choice as they just get the orders delivered fast with no fuss. Upon arrival, the box was well packaged and all the smaller parts were individually packed for safety. The circlip came in the standard Yamaha packet. Not really much I can say about this circlip, it is well machined, the parameters are within spec. The quality is plain to see but until you attempt top put it in place, you are never going to know how it fits. With no issues on the install, I can say, this is a top quality part from Yamaha and that was the finish of the shift shaft rebuild. This is another part we needed for the rebuild and maintenance for the MT03 2021. Over time these parts can become damaged and unsafe to reuse so we got a new hose clamp for this bike. I searched the Yamaha website using the help pages that Webike provide and found the correct part number. Webike had these available. The cost was very reasonable and this was added to my current order. I always have more than one part for each order as this cuts down on the amount of shipping. This time I chose EMS fast, this is becoming my go to courier lately as their price is really very good and the time scale of shipping to delivery is excellent. This time it was delivered in 7 days from placing the order. There were a couple of the parts needed on back order and waiting for Webike warehouse to gain stock. Even though there were some small and delicate parts in the order, Webike did their job and packed everything well and even added extra bubble wrap and air pockets that filled any space in the outer box. Anyway, everything arrived in perfect order. The clamp is a good part and works smoothly and easily. The exact size to fit to the hose I was replacing.
