Current Motorcycle is a Motorcycle that only one H7 Low beam, High beam each glow.
Make it Hi / In order to make 2 lights on both Lo, I attached this Hi side product and Lo side LB 7W - L in combination.
The attached Wiring diagram was easy to see and Wiring was done quite easy
Just because Unit is big, its handling was Large strange in my Motorcycle.
Moreover, since it is a Universal Product, it is necessary to process the Coupler attached to the car body side and Unit.
I cut it and made it a Bullet Terminal because I was awkward.
Although it has only been installed in January yet, it will illuminate without problems for now.
As far as Halogen's Single Light was lit up, the night road was pretty dark, but since the Drive in the evening is fun then it can not be helped.
If you do not tighten the optical axis firmly, the oncoming vehicle, the preceding vehicle, the pedestrian etc.. Because it will cause inconvenience, I used Tester properly but the original is HalogenSpec. Reflector, so Cutline will not come out by any means, it is unavoidable because I bought it regarding this as I got it.
Although things are nice, but it is a bit stiff, it is a bit painful that you can not get out of hand easily when turning it into an LED.
I do not yet understand the durability but I expect it.
Although it is outside the conformity model, if I know the mechanism to some extent, I think that it can be attached to the vehicle of Large size.
I am an amateur so I called in advance and explained in detail.
When I came to PROTEC to install the Shift indicator, I asked them to do the same work for me.
The Lo side was scheduled to be changed to LED bulbs soon, so I had them replace only the Hi side.
Because the irradiation of Hi is adjusted to Lo forcibly originally, it doesn't shine on Beauty because of the relation of Lens cut.
But because the thing that was originally one light becomes two lights, I thought that I should compromise there.
Now, from a strange, kind old man. "You're out of bulbs! I'm not sure why Fuse flies when I think it does.
I run out every couple of days, so I always have 5 or 6 spare Fuse on hand.
I'll take my time next time to examine the connections.View Detail
LB7-S for Lo side for Headlight of MC41 CBR250R late model (65029) Installed together with
I decided to change to LED bulb because the original H7Halogen bulb was not good for night road.
The reason why I chose this product is because the Hi side can be switched to Hi/Lo and the Twin Light is always on.
And that it is a model with a fan that is advantageous for cooling.
It's no exaggeration to say that I spent a large sum of money for these two points.
The product has a good texture and is well made, and it feels like an aluminum block that seems to dissipate heat.
The installation itself can be done without any difficulty by looking at the instruction manual and Protec's installation blog.
If I may say so, it is troublesome that I have to cut the connector in front of the body and replace it with a plain type terminal because the product has a three-pole connector instead of a two-pole connector.
In the instruction manual, there is an instruction to branch the Brown line to the harness side with Electro Tap, but I don't want to damage the harness and Electro Tap is not reliable. I put them together and crimped them to Plain Type Terminal of Lo side.
Also, the image which can install the Control Unit on the Headlight unit easily is published in the official blog, but because it is necessary to remove the Mirror and to remove Upper Cowl&Headlight unit in order to install it there, the difficulty of installation It is necessary to remove Mirror and Upper Cowl&Headlight unit.
However, when it is the method which pastes it to Side cowl which is in the explanation, when it is MC41 which needs to remove Side cowl in order to do anything, it is necessary to remove Connector every time, because it is not beyond the point of being troublesome, I recommend fixing Control Unit on Headlight unit even if it is troublesome. Recommendation.
It is the feeling which turned on, but of course the brightness is bright enough to be perfect, and the HiBeam Cutline is also coming out firmly, and it is the feeling that it is an expensive manufacturer product after all.
Even the sound of the cooling fan is enough to make you forget it exists once the engine is turned on.
However, when I switched to the long-awaited Lo Beam, I was surprised. As you can see in the attached image, the light distribution is like Spotlight, unlike the spreading light distribution of the original LoBeam.
If you use HiBeam to adjust the light axis and switch to Lo, it will certainly be lower, so I don't think it will dazzle oncoming cars or front runners…
I don't know if it's because the Hi side Reflector itself wasn't originally designed to be used with the LoBeam, but I think it's more of a brightness aid for the front of the Lo rather than increasing the Lo to two lights.
Well, it may be inevitable because the way of using Reflector was not expected by Manufacturer.
Personally, I'm happy if it brightens up even as a supplement.
In addition, depending on the viewing angle, there is an angle where the Reflector appears to be yellow because the color of the LED element is reflected.
Also, if the attached Push Switch is connected and installed in the shadow of the Cowl, the Hi/Lo switch can also be turned off, so there is no problem when entering Dealers etc. that are noisy and small.
As the purchase privilege WedgeValve for the Position of LED which is sold with a little more than 2000 was attached, but because it was the superb Garbage condition that it did not light when it inserted to the depths in the Socket by no means, it threw away. (Quantity:Pair (for Left and Right) Neither does the same LED Bulb that came with the Lo side)
As a general comment, I think it's a very good product if you think that it has the brightness and performance as a general high-grade LED bulb and LoBeam Nibbler function as an added value.
I thought there was no problem with durability because it survived the intense heat of midsummer without plunging into dangerous temperatures.
The rest is Quantity:Pair (for Left and Right) If the price is acceptable in ….View Detail
Twin Light lighting is still good, by far.
The dress-up with Twin Light lighting is the number one impact in my opinion, although it is expensive.
However, since the light for high beam is forced to shine in low beam, there is a little (quite …?) glare. Glare will appear.
I think this is the only way to go, but Minus is Minus, so I'll mention it.
It's a large size and can be installed without any trouble (although it took a little effort).
If you don't have a lot of night time driving on your old R25, you can easily switch between Single Light and Twin Light.View Detail
Good points
Even if you don't have a recent motorcycle, the Twin Light can be turned on at all times
Since a low beam is added without compromising the function of the high beam, the range of illumination at night can be extended Spread
Even an amateur can complete the job by himself as long as he has the tools I could
I have been using it for more than a year and the operation of the fan is stable
At the time of the low beam, it is better than the H7-LED of the initial model Sphere Light I feel brighter
not a good thing
Because of the two functions in one Valve, the price and installation time will increase
Some concerns remain due to the changes on the high beam side, which is an inspection item
You can use Twin Light to get a glaring eye light, or you can use Low beam to expand the beam range I feel like it's an option if you're going to figure it out I don't know if I can tolerate the cost spike... I'm not sure if I'll be able to use it for more than 10,000km and have it fail I don't and I think it's robust

At the Protec official site, as of 17 years, it is conforming.
Installation method and so on will proceed according to the Instruction Manual, but there was somewhat forced feeling when fixing Mounting Hardware.
There is no problem even at the time of rainy weather at present, and it was the best aim of 2 lighting at Lo, so I am mostly satisfied.
Regarding the optical axis, the top and bottom were not problematic.
But, in our Ninja 250, even if it is adjusted close to Right, it was slightly towards Right.
There is no problem because Ninja 250 does not have a car inspection, but I think that those who are worrisome should pay attention.View Detail
